The same SIM worked fine with my previous Surface Pro 9 SQ3 and X. For the 1st 2 weeks cellular worked fine and then all of a sudden I got the "No Service" issue.

Jul 20, 2020 · The wifi name is FIOS (for 2.4ghz) and FIOS-5G (for 5ghz). I am able to connect perfectly to the 2.4ghz. When I tried to connect to the FIOS-5G it connects, but the speed is the same as the 2.4ghz wifi connection (no different) In Network Connections in control panel, the name of the Wi-Fi that is connected is the FIOS not FIOS-5G.
