Nov 8, 2024 · Which says a lot about Merrick Garland. Like I’ve said elsewhere, Trump was allowed to run because the Feds refused to charge him under 18 USC 2838. Oh the Senate were at fault too for acquitting him the second time but a Democratic-run DOJ also failed.
