A suspect has been charged with multiple counts of murder and police are continuing their investigation after 11 people were killed when an SUV plowed through a crowd at a Filipino heritage festival in Vancouver over the weekend.

30-year-old Kai-Ji Adam Lo was charged with eight counts of second-degree murder in a Vancouver courtroom on Sunday, April 27 in relation to an attack that took place on April 26, which left at least 11 dead.
