Pacers power forward Pascal Siakam was named to the Eastern Conference All-Star reserves on Thursday. It's his third selection and first as a Pacer.

Jaylen Brown joined Celtics teammate Jayson Tatum as an Eastern Conference All-Star on Thursday night with the wing selected as a reserve by NBA coaches. It is the fourth All-Star selection for Brown over the last five seasons.

Today, we’ll be focusing on the Eastern Conference reserves, which are voted on by coaches from around the league. Jalen Brunson, Donovan Mitchell, Jayson Tatum, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Karl-Anthony Towns comprise the East’s starting lineup, leaving seven open spots off the bench.

Last week the NBA announced the All-star starters for each conference. In the east, Jalen Brunson and Donovan Mitchell were the two starters at guard, and Jayson Tatum, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Karl Anthony-Towns were the three frontcourt starters.

The Atlanta Hawks have made the NBA playoffs in each of the past three seasons, but extending the streak to four years may prove challenging. Atlanta has a 22-25 record and is ninth in the Eastern Conference.
