Deputies identify person in fatal Dubuque County crash
One person is dead after a crash in Dubuque County. Tuesday, crews responded around 4:30 p.m. to the area of Highway 52 “S” and Kemp Road for a report of a three-vehicle crash with injuries, according to officials.
