Law and order, the cost of living and roads have been front of mind for voters who have cast their ballots in the seats of Prahran and Werribee today, posing a major test for the Victorian Labor government.

Dual by-elections in Victoria are too close to call but Werribee appears to be no longer a safe Labor seat and the Greens are trailing the Liberals in the Prahran electorate. Political pundits will be scouring the results for clues about Labor's electoral fortunes at state and federal levels.

Delhi Election Results: Counting for the high-stakes Delhi assembly polls is set to begin at 8 am, polling officials reached the counting centres early in the morning on Saturday. There are 19 counting stations, spreading across 11 districts of the city. Security personnel have been deployed outside various counting centres in Delhi.

The national capital saw a voter turnout of 60.54 per cent in the February 5 election, with over 1.55 crore registered voters.
