Two years after a man disappeared in southern Texas County, a community is joining to hold a benefit to help raise funds to pay a private investigator.

Houston Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is Thursday, May 1 in the Houston Storm Shelter at First and Pine streets. Local ministers will speak and breakfast will be served by Texas County Memorial Hospital.
