PM Modi chaired a top security meet on Tuesday and gave complete operational freedom to the armed forces to decide and hit the targets as part of India's response to terror attack in Baisaran.

"Seven days have passed since the Pahalgam incident but, so far, India has not provided a shred of evidence for its baseless allegations against Pakistan," army spokesman Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry told reporters in the garrison city of Rawalpindi.

The UK govt has said “India has our full support to go after the perpetrators of that attack (Pahalgam terror attack)” .
