Federal law enforcement agencies conducted a large-scale immigration raid across Denver and Aurora on Wednesday, with masked agents targeting apartment complexes and individual addresses, where they deployed flashing smoke grenades,

The immigration agency said it was targeting 100 members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua but it hasn’t said how many detainees had gang connections

Bryan Lindstrom’s students were missing when the first-period bell rang at Aurora’s Hinkley High School on Jan. 30. One slipped in minutes later, followed by another. But the 12 other students in his African American history course never appeared that morning.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids targeted residences across the Denver metro area, resulting in an unknown number of arrests and detentions. The operation, which began around 6 a.m. and was ongoing throughout the day,

ICE previously said on Wednesday that "100+ members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua were targeted for arrest and detention" in raids that day. However, the operation ultimately produced far fewer than that number.
