The Miami Heat may have traded Jimmy Butler to the Golden State Warriors, but some of his problems in Miami have followed him. Specifically, company managing the luxury home Butler leased in the Florida city is suing him for nonpayment of rent and damages to the property.

Court documents obtained by WPLG 10 in Miami state that Butler allegedly caused $125,000 in damages from mold issues, damaged drywall and flooring, a broken HVAC system and an unmaintained pool. According to the Miami Herald, Butler allegedly left the 5,398-square-foot home in “complete disrepair.”
