President Donald Trump will enforce tariffs on Tuesday against Canada and Mexico, but at what percentage, he has yet to decide, according to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.

Trump's Commerce secretary said in a CNN interview that Canada and Mexico still need to do more to stop fentanyl flows into the U.S.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said the tariffs on Mexico and Canada expected to be leveled this week are a “fluid situation.” Lutnick joined Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” where he
