Music mogul Jay-Z has filed a defamation lawsuit against an anonymous woman who earlier accused him of raping her when she was 13, alleging she was banking on “false and malicious claims” for financial gain.

Jay-Z sued the Jane Doe that accused him of rape, as well as her lawyers Tony Buzbee and David Fortney. In the rapper's Monday, March 3 filing, he proposed three causes of action against all three defendants: malicious prosecution,

Jay-Z has filed a lawsuit against lawyer Tony Buzbee, his colleague David Fortney and their Jane Doe client over their previously dropped suit alleging that he and Sean “ Diddy ” Combs sexually assaulted her when she was 13.

The suit also names Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, who has been at war with the rap mogul ever since his name entered the attorneys frenzy of "Diddy" lawsuits.

The lawsuit also names the woman’s attorneys and claims the defendants made “malevolent efforts to assassinate” Jay-Z’s character in a complaint they later withdrew.

The anonymous woman withdrew her sex abuse suit last month, but the entertainer says in court papers she has since admitted her account was fabricated. She and her lawyer deny that.

Jay-Z is looking to restore his "impeccable and lifetime-earned character" with a new lawsuit against an anonymous woman who claimed in a since-dismissed civil suit that he and Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted her as a teenager more than two decades ago.

It is being reported that Jay Z's accuser allegedly fabricated the story that she was raped by the American rapper. As TMZ's Charles Latibeaudiere reports, there might have been a motive behind the entire case.
