TAMPA — Aaron Judge will attempt to improve upon an almost unprecedented 2024 season. And still, no matter what he does during the upcoming regular season, it will be mostly put aside if the Yankees make the playoffs, as the baseball world will wait to see how Judge does in October.

According to MLB.com insider Will Leitch, the 2025 New York Yankees are not projected to make the playoffs. Even he acknowledges this is a bold prediction, considering the Yankees won the American League last season and, despite losing Juan Soto in free agency, had a solid offseason.
