Manchester City have completed the signing of Omar Marmoush from German side Eintracht Frankfurt. City have paid their Bundesliga counterparts a fee in the region of €70million (£59m) to €75m (£63m) plus bonuses.

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt has signed French striker Elye Wahi on a long-term deal until 2030. Frankfurt posted a photo on X of the 22-year-old Wahi putting pen to paper on Friday evening.

Manchester City has taken its spending this week to around $150 million by signing Egypt forward Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt in a move that provides some belated back-up to star striker Erling Haaland.

The Eintracht Frankfurt star is having a breakout Bundesliga season, and his profile is growing rapidly outside Germany.

Juventus bolstered its attack by signing France forward Randal Kolo Muani on loan from Paris Saint-Germain until the end of the season on Thursday. Juventus is in fifth place in Serie A and is unbeaten.

Marmoush is City's third signing in the January transfer window after they snapped up defenders Abdukodir Khusanov from Lens and Vitor Reis from Palmeiras for a combined $77 million.
