PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (WWSB) - One man is dead after an evening crash in Port Charlotte. A 30-year-old woman was driving down Midway Blvd. just past 6:30 p.m. when she crashed head-first into a pedestrian trying to walk across both travel lanes.
