MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — An unusual police chase on a highway in Alabama ended in an officer-involved shooting and the suspect in the hospital. For roughly 10-20 minutes, traffic cameras captured a skid steer inching along I-10 westbound in Mobile, bringing traffic to a halt.
