Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic was dealing with a viral stomach bug all throughout the day leading up to Friday night's Game 3 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Doncic ended up playing, albeit at less than 100%, and scored 17 points to go along with eight assists and seven rebounds in the 116-104 loss.

The Los Angeles Lakers failed to tie up their series with the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center in Minneapolis on Sunday as the Timberwolves won a 116-113 game. The Lakers will head back to Los Angeles on Wednesday for a 10 p.m. ET Game 5 that could be their last of the season.

The Los Angeles Lakers are in a tough situation, as they are now just a loss away in the first round of the 2025 NBA Playoffs from getting eliminated by Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
