Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard left Game 4 of an Eastern Conference first-round playoff series with the Indiana Pacers after injuring his lower left in the first quarter.

Lillard sustained a non-contact injury early in the first quarter of Game 4 as the Bucks took on the Indiana Pacers in the first round. NBA insider Chris Haynes reported that the Bucks fear Lillard sustained an Achilles injury.
