Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has reiterated that he would step down if it meant his country would be given membership to Nato. The Ukrainian leader said he was “exchangeable for Nato”, though he added that elections cannot be held in the country while it is partially occupied by Russia and that it would be difficult to bar him from running again.
