The New York Giants have moved on from defensive backs coach Jerome Henderson and safeties coach Michael Treier.

Even though Giants ownership decided to retain head coach Brian Daboll, it was going to be highly unlikely that Daboll would run it back in 2025 with his entire coaching staff.

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, the Giants are hiring Marquand Manuel as their new defensive backs coach. Certainly an intriguing addition to Shane Bowen's defensive staff, Manuel brings a lot of experience to the secondary.

Recently hired New York Giants secondary coach Marquand Manuel will also serve as the team’s defensive pass game coordinator.

The Giants have upgraded their defensive coaching staff with the addition of former Falcons DC Marquand Manuel.
