Neymar has confirmed he will be re-joining boyhood club Santos, 12 years after he first left to join Barcelona as one of the most promising youngsters to ever come out of Brazil.

The Brazilian initially joined the club's academy in 2003 as an 11-year-old, before making his senior debut in 2009 and going on to make 235 appearances for the club in all competitions

Neymar announced Thursday he was returning to Brazilian club Santos, where he started his career, after ending his injury-plagued spell with Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal.
