Emergency alert issued on NI phones ahead of Storm Éowyn
The government emergency alert is being rolled out across Northern Ireland. The alert, which is being sent to people in areas with a red weather warning, causes people's phones to blare a siren and show a message urging people to stay indoors from early tomorrow morning.
