Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Tayor has made his first hire since firing four coaches following the season. On Monday, the team announced Scott Peters as its new offensive line coach and Mike McCarthy as an assistant offensive line coach.

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor is a bit more experienced now compared to the last time he had to hire a defensive coordinator. Taylor and the Bengals are currently going through potential candidates for the position Lou Anarumo was fired from last week after Taylor hired him nearly six years last ago.

Taylor is entering his seventh season as head coach of the Bengals. Cincinnati has posted a winning record in four-straight seasons for only the second time in team history. They've also missed the playoffs in back-to-back years. Taylor is hoping that key changes to his staff can be a difference maker in 2025 and beyond.

The Cincinnati Bengals hired Scott Peters as offensive line coach and Michael McCarthy as assistant offensive line coach Monday. Peters replaces Frank Pollack, who was an assistant on Zac Taylor's staff for four seasons (2021-24).
