President Donald Trump signed an executive order to cut U.S. financial assistance to South Africa, the White House said on Friday, citing disapproval of its land policy and of its genocide case at the International Court of Justice against Washington's ally Israel.

His executive order accuses South Africa’s government of seizing property from White landowners and calls for their resettlement as “refugees” in the U.S.

The order holds that the U.S. will withhold all aid and support from South Africa until its policies are changed
