Billionaire businessman, former NBA player, dies after suffering medical emergency during event
LOUISVILLE, Ky. ( WAVE /Gray News) - Former NBA player and billionaire businessman Junior Bridgeman has died after suffering a medical emergency. WAVE reports that one of its employees was at an event on March 11 in downtown Louisville at the Galt House when the 71-year-old grabbed his chest and said he thought he was having a heart attack.
Junior Bridgeman died Tuesday after suffering a medical emergency during a fundraising event at the Galt House.
Former U of L men's basketball player Junior Bridgeman died this week at 71. The Cards wore a patch honoring him in their first game since he passed.
