The Google Pixel 9 is undoubtedly one of the best compact flagship devices of all time, but the newly launched Galaxy S25 packs in a much more powerful chipset, better camera and tons of useful AI features.

An update to Google Gemini has brought the Talk Live feature introduced on the Galaxy S25 to the Pixel 9 series and Galaxy S24 series, with a rollout for more models planned.

Being the more svelte smartphone, I think the Samsung Galaxy S25 generally feels better to handle and use than the Google Pixel 9 Pro. Samsung's phone is smaller than Google's in every dimension and significantly lighter, so naturally, as a small-phone fan, the S25 speaks to me.
