For the first time in more than 30 years - and only for six weeks - Fox will not lead off its Sunday animation block with The Simpsons. The longest-running scripted primetime series in American TV history will take a break in February and March.

Family Guy, Grimsburg, The Great North and Krapopolis are set to return Sunday, Feb. 16 starting with Season 23 of Family Guy at 8 pm; Season 2 of Grimsbur g at 8:30 pm, Season 5 of The Great North at 9 pm, followed by new episodes of Krapopolis at 9:30 pm.

The Simpsons are being couched for a limited time to make room for the Griffins. Beginning Sunday, Feb. 16, Family Guy will return for Season 23 and inherit The Simpsons’ 8 pm time slot. It will be followed by the premieres of Grimsburg (Season 2) and The Great North (Season 5),
