We always like going. The museum is so big it took us many visits to see everything. Stroller friendly with lots of elevators and huge aisles.Full review by AdorableKaren

Beauty for the eyes, soul and mind. Highly recommend this museum. So many areas to explore and see. The building itself is a wonder. And so spacious! Not to be missed and it’s free!Full review by Donna K

I'm not sure that I can add much to the information already given by others. The museum is ADA accessible. Wheelchairs are permitted (and are available at coat check for free on a first come.first served basis). Many of the galleries have benches and there are elevators/escalators if stairs are problematic. The museum has a link for specific questions regarding accessibility in the event you have still have questions after reading these replies. Check the museum website for that link.
I would like to know if the Faberge Red Cross with Triptych will be in display May 21, 2019? I have talked to an employee by phone who said it absolutely would be. However, when I used your email address to ask the question I received a response that it would not be available any time before the end of the month. Could you please, please check this out and let me know before our visit.
